How
do I earn points?
You must first register as a VIP Club or VIP Plus Club member. From
the date we receive your
registration application, you will begin accruing points for every
purchase you make with National
Photos. Once you have spent $100 with Kodak Direct then you can
start using your points. Every
dollar spent earns five points and every point equals a one cent discount.
$1 Spent = 5 Points earned. 1 Point earned = 1 Cent discount
Therefore spend $50 and you will earn 250 points. Which equals $2.50
off your next order.
You can save up your points for when you want to use them. It's up
to you!
How do I spend my
points?
You can spend your point's dollar value towards any purchase you make
with Kodak Direct. If
you have enough points, you could pay for your next order using nothing
but points you have
accumulated.
Points can be used on your next order for processing; used on our
product brochures or on any
purchases made on our website at www.kodakdirect.com.au
If you call 1800 074 237 you can also use your points on telephone
orders placed with our
Customer Care team.
You can use your points regardless of what you're ordering and regardless
of how you prefer to place your orders.
What
products and services can I use my points on?
ANYTHING YOU LIKE! - Simply by ticking the box on your Kodak Direct
order form "Yes I want
to use my VIP Club points" the cash value of your points will be deducted
from your order! It's that
simple!
How will I know how many points
I have?
Every invoice you receive from Kodak Direct will tell you how many
points you have accumulated.
Your current points will also be listed on your personalised order
forms to make it easy to use your
points on your next order. You can also check your points at any time
by calling our Customer Care
team on 1800 074 237 or by logging on to our website at www.kodakdirect.com.au
and clicking
on the "Your points" link in the VIP area.
What
else apart from discounts do I get for being a member of your VIP
Club?
Priority response by telephone and by email. To access our priority
contact information you can click
on the "Contact Us" link in our VIP area of our website.
What happens when I use my VIP points.
After you have used some or all of your VIP points your total points
available will be adjusted.
You will see this noted on the following items:
- On your next personalised order form
- On your next Tax Invoice
- And in your personalised home page on our website at www.kodakdirect.com.au

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE Kodak Direct VIP CLUB PROGRAM/S
Common Terms & Conditions for the VIP & VIP Plus Club:
1. Kodak Direct reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions
of operation of the program/s, or
suspend or terminate the program at any time. No alteration, amendment
or termination of the
scheme will affect any discount vouchers that have been issued at
the time of any alteration,
amendment or termination of the program.
2. To earn points for a transaction you must be registered as a
VIP Club member and place orders
for products or services with Kodak Direct either via the website
or via mail order using National
Photos personalised order forms. Points are not applicable with
orders received using "introductory
offer" paper envelopes, free, complimentary, specials or pre-paid
film processing offers.
3. Points cannot be claimed retrospectively.
4. You must first spend $100 before you can start to use your accrued
points.
5. Every $1 spent earns 5 points. 5 points equals $0.05 cents available
to spend. For the purpose of
calculating the value of an individual purchase: VIP Points are
displayed in whole dollars paid
inclusive of GST and Postage and Handling.
6. Points are calculated in whole points only. Where partial points
are awarded - if the point value is
on or below 0.49 of a point we round down to the nearest whole point.
Accordingly if the value is
on or greater than 0.50 of a point we round up to the nearest whole
point.
7. Bonus points may be offered from time to time during special
promotions
on selected products and can be earned in addition to normal VIP
Points.
8. Rewards, in the form of discounts can be claimed by ticking the
box "Yes I want to use the
balance of my VIP points as payment for this order" on Kodak Direct personalised order forms or
purchases made via the website. Partial use of points on an order
is not available. Where points
available exceed the value of your order, the balance of your remaining
points will be kept.
9. VIP Club points do not expire. In the event that the program/s
may be terminated points must be
used within a 12 months period.
10. VIP Club points are not exchangeable for cash. Points cannot
be sold or transferred.
11. Points available will be printed (calculated as at the date
of printing the invoice) on every
customer invoice and personalised order form. Point balance will
also be available via the web site.
12. The redemption value of points may be changed at the discretion
of Kodak Direct. Any
change shall not affect points issued prior to the date of change.
13. Access to "Special member pricing" on selected products
is restricted to VIP Plus Club members
only.
14. Points are not applicable on purchases made using points.
15. The promoter of VIP Club & VIP Plus Club is Kodak Direct.

VIP Club Terms & Conditions:
1. Joining fee for VIP Club is free. The customer must first join
the VIP Club or VIP Plus Club before
points can be accrued.
VIP Plus Club Terms & Conditions:
1. Kodak Direct reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions
of operation of the VIP Plus
Club program, or suspend or terminate the program at any time. In
the event that the VIP Plus Club
program is terminated, VIP Plus Club membership fees will be refunded
on a pro rata basis from the
date of registration.
2. VIP Plus program replacement films will not be issued when film
processing orders
are placed using "introductory offer" paper envelopes, free, complimentary,
specials
or pre-paid film processing offers.
3. VIP Plus Club joining fee is $24.99 (AUD) inclusive of GST.
4. Joining fee is non-refundable.
5. Joining fee is valid for 12 months from the date of processing
and payment of registration.
Membership will expire after 12 months.
6. If a customer chooses not to renew membership, their VIP Plus
Club status will revert back to
VIP Club status. All accrued points will be retained.
7. VIP Plus Club membership includes all the benefits of the VIP
Club. See "Common Terms &
Conditions for the VIP & VIP Plus Club" above for details.
8. Each roll of colour print film sent to Kodak Direct for processing
and paid for will receive a
Kodak replacement film. The Kodak replacement film will match the
film received exposure length
and film speed. However film speed is limited to either Kodak 35mm
& APS 100, 200, 400 or 800
speed amateur film. Replacement film offer not applicable with E6,
slide, black and white films.
Offer only applies to 35mm or APS colour print films.
9. VIP Plus Club membership is not transferable.
10. Joining fee value will contribute to point accrual.
