Money Back or Replacement Policy. *

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your photos or products you have received from Kodak Direct, we will either replace the goods or give you a 100% refund.

If you have any issues with the reproduction quality of your photos, (such as strange colour or dust marks) please call us to arrange to return the photos for evaluation and or replacement.

If you supply Kodak Direct with poor quality prints, negatives or digital files for reproduction, (ie: blurry, under exposed, low resolution, out of focus etc.) Kodak Direct cannot guarantee the quality of the final print and you will automatically exclude yourself from Kodak Direct money back or replacement policy outlined above.

• Kodak Direct on-line shop is a secure zone which means that all of your details, i.e. name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address and credit card numbers are protected by high level encryption which makes them unintelligible during transmission. All of your details are stored in a secure system at Kodak Direct.
• Whilst we have taken all steps reasonably possible to ensure the security of your credit card details, you must bear the risk of trading on-line.

• Products are normally delivered to you by Australia Post. You can view your postage and handling charges when your order is at the billing stage via our web site.
• If your delivery address is within Australia, you can expect your order to be delivered within seven to ten working days.
• International Delivery: You may order from, or have your products delivered to, destinations outside Australia. Postage is charged to you according to the standard Australia Post airmail charges for the destination country plus a handling charge.
